I have something awesome to share with you guys today! If you’ve been following me on Snapchat you might already know what it is, too (and if not you can follow me here)! I have found the secret to feeling full without snacking throughout the day. Seriously guys, I found it! In the form of both meal replacement shakes and granola bars, Idealshape has helped me to feel full without feeling the need to snack. Let me share a little more about how awesome this actually is though.
You might’ve heard about Idealshape before, especially if you follow any of the bachelor/bachelorette contestants. I’ve noticed some of them are super into it. That’s where I initially heard of the company and thought about trying it out. Fast forward, I’ve now tried both the IdealShakes and the IdealBars and I can completely understand why these women would be such big fans of the company.
The IdealShakes are a powder, much like most meal replacement shakes. They come in a few different flavors, but I wanted to try vanilla because vanilla is one of those things that if it gets a little boring you can add some cinnamon or chocolate to and spice things up a little bit. In all honesty, I wasn’t expecting to like it very much but from the first sip I was sold! The shakes are delicious and super easy- especially for breakfast if you’re in a hurry!
Like the shakes, the IdealBars were amazing! I tried out the chocolate and peanut butter bars and loved them. You can’t go wrong with chocolate and peanut butter! I’ve brought them with me in my purse pretty much everywhere I go just in case because they’re just so good, and they keep me feeling full too! I’m always so surprised at how full one little granola bar can keep me, but they honestly do!
If you’re looking for something new to add to your day and you’re not sure where to start I’d definitely suggest checking out IdealShape at their website here! You can read more about their products, what they do, and you can order some for yourself to try it out. You won’t be disappointed!
Have a great weekend!
