As a teacher, I’m hugely passionate about finding teaching experiences in everything. I absolutely love feeling like I have found new ways to teach things to my students and to my own kids. I think it’s important to give little ones the opportunity to experience the world around them and to feel like they have some understanding of their world.
I also love STEAM and STEM for kids. I feel like if you give kids the chance to explore with STEAM they’ll be much more capable of thinking outside the box and problem solving.
STEAM toys are becoming more and more popular which I think is awesome! I’m all for giving kids toys that help them learn and are productive as opposed to letting them have too much screen time (not that there’s anything wrong with a little screen time..sometimes it’s really great!). So I wanted to share our Picasso Tiles with you today!
Picasso Tiles are an awesome way to encourage STEAM exploration for little ones. These magnetic tiles allow kids to use their imagination while building, learning letters and numbers, and more. This set of 136 pieces is perfect for developing young learners who are excited to work with their hands and minds to construct and create.
Not only do my kids lovethem but I brought them to school for center time and my students love them too. It’s so great for little kids to explore with their hands and it’s so much fun to watch them build together in class.
If you’re in the market for some great STEAM toys check out Picasso Tiles. They won’t disappoint and your kiddos will absolutely love them!
